Mr. Reichhardt is a co-author of Juvenile Law and Practice in Virginia, published by the Virginia Law Foundation. He wrote and contributed to sections regarding pre-trial issues, child abuse and neglect, and the transfer of serious juvenile offenders to the Circuit Court.

Mr. Reichhardt is the author of an article entitled "Relocation Cases: Determining the Best Interests of Children." This article was published in the Winter 1997 issue of the Journal of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.
