To set an intake appointment, please call the office during regular business hours. When setting the appointment, please tell us if your case is pending any type of court or administrative hearing. We charge a fee for initial consults because we consider them to be important opportunities to give preliminary advice and guidance.

For those clients residing more than forty (40) miles from Fairfax City, or for those with a disability, we offer scheduled intake sessions by telephone conference. When calling to schedule an initial intake, please ask about this option.
