Rosslyn M. Woods

Ms. Woods is a long time resident of Northern Virginia and currently resides in Fairfax, Virginia. Her experience as a paralegal in the area of family law began in March 1995, with her employment at the law firm of Gaughan & Schargorodski, Fairfax, Virginia, until she joined William B. Reichhardt & Associates in January 2003 as a paralegal. She completed the academic requirements of a professional paralegal program in February 1994 and received a Paralegal Certificate. She has been a member of the National Capital Area Paralegal Association and since July 2001 a member of the National Federation of Paralegal Association. She is also currently a member of the Virginia Alliance of Paralegal Association, the Paralegal Association of Northern Virginia and the Fairfax Bar Association Paralegal section. In February 2009, she began participating in a pro bono housing crises program with Northern Virginia Legal Services. Her efforts in assisting families who are facing foreclosures and preventing such foreclosures have been successful.

Ms. Woods has also passed the Paralegal Advanced Competency Exam (PACE). PACE is a national federal law based paralegal certification exam that was created by the National Federal of Paralegal Associations (NFPA) for the purpose of providing a standard of advanced competency for the experienced paralegal. Ms. Woods is one of only 20 registered paralegals in Virginia with this level of advanced certification.

Her extensive experience includes supporting the attorneys in every facet of the litigation process and the constant interaction she has with clients, provides a level of tolerability through this emotional and stressful process. Her primary goal is always to approach any case in a thorough and efficient manner, yet cost effective.
